What's it all about?

What are your views of your learning experience at Bowling College? Now's your chance to have your say - your views matter! This is part of a national survey and learners in every college and learning provider in England and Wales will be taking part.

The Learner Views survey is available now and will run until 25th May 2012. You can say what you think about the quality of teaching and your satisfaction with your learning experience, the support you are given and how you are treated.

How do I take part?

It's an ONLINE survey and you can access the survey by clicking on the box at the bottom of this page:

To start the survey you will need the following information:

Your Name

Our provider code - 10009975

Your unique learner number & course code - Your Tutor will have given this to you in class class (Note: Not all surveys require your course code)

Once you have entered this information the survey will begum and it should only take around 10 minutes to complete.

Do my views count?

Your views are essential! This is your opportunity to tell the Skills Funding Agency (they are the people that fund your learning) what you really like about us and where you think we could improve to give you the best learning experience.

Where are my views kept?

External companies collect and store your views so no one within Bowling College or their partners have access to an individuals information and views. This means that you can be totally honest and really say what you feel about your experience of Bowling College. All the research work is undertaken by the research companies IPSOS MORI and RCU and is carried our in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and guidelines agreed by the Market Research Society.
