ESOL

Our ESOL courses are aimed at adults who want to improve their English language skills. We offer courses to learners with limited, through to more advanced knowledge and use of the language. So if you wish to just improve your speaking and listening skills (entry level 1) or you wish to improve in all four skill areas: speaking, listening, reading and writing (entry level 1, 2 or 3) then we may have the course for you. We cover such topics as citizenship, form filling, going to the doctor, looking for a job, culture, pronunciation, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Your course will be classroom based with our skilled, approachable and experienced tutors. They will use a variety of resources and activities to suit your needs. This will include: role play, group discussions, interactive games and watching, listening & reading genuine English materials such as newspaper stories. There may even be an occasional trip to the park and an annual day out to the seaside! 

Classes are available at Horton Housing Training Centre, Lidget Green Children's Centre, Myra Shay and Velvet Mill.
Days & Times do depend on what level class is required but we have introduced Evening classes at our Velvet Mill site in Manningham.
Fees: Details about fees are available on request as they vary depending on your circumstances.
